Gnaeus was set up in January 2015 to service the needs of the London insurance market. We provide professional help in managing the wide variety of roles now demanded of the modern claims department, for which they may not have adequate internal resource. We have have completed numerous Audits to aid Managing Agents in ensuring that their claims staff are complying with the Lloyd's guidelines, and claims processes surrounding ECF and CTP. If any issues are found, we then help the client to structure training sessions to address them.
